As our products are exclusively personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please make sure that your order is correct before completing the purchase.

Damage and problems

Right of withdrawal in the EU
According to the legal provisions within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but this does not apply to personalized products. As our items are made to order, cancellation or return is not possible after the order has been confirmed.

Refunds
As returns are excluded due to personalization, no refunds will be made for returned items that do not comply with our return policy.
